Submit Flight Details
**IF YOU ARE BOOKING AIR ON YOUR OWN OUTSIDE OF THE BOOKING PAGE, please submit your flight details.
If you need to add a transfer after booking or would like to make any modifications to your transfer, you may do so simply by emailing assistant@vicsvacations.com, noting your name, confirmation number, and the request.
Flight Information & Airport Transfer Policy
To ensure proper coordination of your airport transportation, please review the following important policy:
Flight Submission Deadline:
All guests must submit their complete and accurate flight information no later than 8 weeks prior to travel. Reminders will be sent ahead of this deadline.
Final Opportunity:
If flight details are not received by the 8-week deadline, a final opportunity will be provided to submit by 7 weeks prior to travel.
After the Final Deadline:
If flight information is not received by 7 weeks out:

A $50 per-person late fee will be required to arrange your transfer, OR
-
You may opt to arrange your own transportation. In this case, the transfer included in your package will be forfeited.
By booking, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to provide accurate flight information by the stated deadlines in order to receive your included transfer service.
In order to arrange transfers, we will need your flight details.
Pack Smart
Please reconsider any valuables you feel you need for your trip. Wear a fake wedding ring, costume jewelry for bracelets/necklaces, and leave expensive watches at home. Theft is an unfortunate reality. You'd rather feel as though you're missing something you wanted to wear, than regret bringing it to be taken.
Restaurant Dress Code
Resort restaurants typically have dress code requirements that you must follow! Please review the descriptions below when packing!
All dining venues and bars require shoes, shorts or pants, and tops at all times. Wet clothing is not permitted in restaurants.
Resort Casual
Cover-ups are required over bathing suits.
Smart Casual
Includes shorts, t-shirts, and hats. Does not allow tank tops, beach shoes, bathing suits, or swim shorts.
Resort Formal
Includes pants, dresses or skirts, collared shirts, blouses, and similar attire. Does not allow t-shirts, tank tops, bathing suits, shorts, hats, flip flops, or beach sandals.
