Head to the booking page.

Select your dates on the upper right-hand side of the page. You may choose to book flights via the widget or a hotel only.
** If you do NOT yet have your passport, you may still use the booking page. The ability to change a name is possible for the hotel only. There is a $50 per-person name change fee involved if we have to modify names. If you do not have your passport, please fill out the booking information with your full legal name EXACTLY as it will appear on your passport. This should be your legal name first, middle, and last. Please simply double-check before submitting. **If you are bundling air with your hotel, it is imperative that your full legal name, entered at the time of booking, matches your passport (i.e., Jonathan cannot be entered as Jon).

Choose the number of rooms and adults.

Review the room categories. The first option will default to the least expensive; select ‘Change Room Type’ to see more options. If you don’t see a room category you’re looking for, reach out to vic@vicsvacations.com for assistance.

Utilize the Special Service Requests section to add bedding configuration and room requests and to call out special occasions. Please note: requests are not guaranteed and are at the resort’s discretion at check-in.

Review the options for add-ons. Vic's Vacations recommends booking a transfer and adding credit insurance. Please note: the fee for these items will be in addition to the $200 per-person room deposit. **A shared non-stop is the cheapest option and will be shared with other guests going to the same resort.

Select ‘Continue,’ then complete each traveler’s information. An email and phone number are required of the lead traveler. Select ‘Continue’ again when finished.

Choose to pay the required per-person deposit, or go ahead and pay in full. If you choose to begin with a deposit only, please use the link within the email confirmation with your reservation number to make your final payment when appropriate. Reach out to assistant@vicsvacations.com to set up a payment plan or make individual payments towards your reservation after your booking is complete.
